6 WAYS TO ENJOY OUR DELICIOUS JAMS & PRESERVES
- Bread, Roti or Chapati Spread: Blend with equal parts spreadable cheese and preserve for a delicious toasted roll.
- Breakfast Syrup: Heat until warm and drizzle over pancakes, waffles and scones. For a fruit-filled version, add fresh fruit to the warm preserves just before serving.
- Muffins and fruit Breads: Add 2-3 tablespoons of preserves to muffin and fruit bread recipes for added flavor and moisture.
- Cracker Spread: Blend with equal parts cream cheese and spread on whole grain crackers or bruschetta.
- Salad dressings: 2 tablespoons preserves (any variety), 1/4 cup fresh chives or shallots, 1/4 teaspoons cider vinegar or fresh lemon juice, and 1/4 teaspoons olive oil; blend add water to reach desired consistency; season to taste with salt and pepper.
- Marinades: Combine preserves and fresh lemon or lime juice or balsamic vinegar and use as a marinade for your favorite dish
